Mindy (Korra Del Rio) and Chris (Joel Someone) arrive at Chris’ home from a successful first meetup. It’s clear from their flirty demeanor that they are both hoping for something more to end the night with as they step inside.
As Mindy marvels over how well-kept the house is, Chris reveals that he’s married. Mindy is surprised and a little worried since Chris didn’t mention being married on his profile. When she asks if they have an open marriage, Chris boasts that he’s actually only allowed to hook up with trans women like her — not cis women like his wife.
Mindy is unsettled, the night quickly going downhill for her as she challenges why Chris is only allowed to be with trans women. Chris doesn’t seem to realize that anything’s amiss as he explains that it’s because his wife doesn’t think he’ll become emotionally attached to a trans woman since it’s just for sex.
Mindy is disgusted as she calls him out on the messed-up arrangement. She’s not just something to experiment with and get off to — she’s a real person! NOW Chris seems to understand that he’s made a grave mistake, and he’s genuinely shocked and disgusted by his behavior. He is devastated about hurting Mindy and stringing her along.
Seeing how genuine Chris is in his apology and commitment to do better going forward, Mindy finally starts to relax. Since she went through all the effort of going out that night, she doesn’t exactly want to go home empty-handed. After some thought, she decides that they can have sex as planned… as long as Chris is willing to do whatever she wants to truly make it up to her.
